Providence Plan Plus Physician and Hospital Savings Plan delivers discounts on charges for doctors visits, tests, specialist charges, out-patient treatments and surgeries, and hospitalizations when the member receives care from more than 400,000 preferred providers nationwide.

Providence Plan Plus Physician and Hospital Savings Plan is not an insurance plan. It is designed to reduce the cost of health care for those who do not have access to healthcare assistance, or have a very limited medical plan. Services are discounted 5% to 40% off the provider's charge, resulting in savings of hundred to even thousand dollars, depending on the care or service provided.

Attention Maryland Residents
Discounts on Hospital Services are not offered in Maryland.

The plan requires that the discounted charge for routine doctor's visits be paid at the time of service. Hospitalization charges require a deposit upon admittance with the discounted balance due must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the billing statement.

To receive discounts at a doctor, hospital or urgent care facility, Providence Plan Plus members must show their Providence Plan ID card upon check-in or registration. They must also give the doctor or hospital receptionist the informational letter addressed to the medical personnel included with the Members' Saving Kit.
