Plan offers two levels of membership:
Providence Plan delivers savings on every day expenses such
as dental care, eye glasses, prescriptions, chiropractic and hearing.
The Plan also offers discounts on complementary and alternative
medicines and therapies that are rarely covered by medical plans.
Providence
Plan Plus allows families without health a medical plan to
seek health care from participating doctors, hospitals and clinics
and not get stuck paying full retail cost for their care. Services
are discounted 5% to 40% and shave hundreds-sometimes, even thousands-of
dollars off the medical bill. In addition, Providence Plan Plus
includes the savings benefits of the standard Providence Plan; savings
on dental care, eye glasses, contacts and eye exams, prescription
medications, chiropractic, hearing, and complementary/alternative
medicines/therapies.

Discounts on Hospital Services are not offered in Maryland.
